- Ground – Flat Rate $19. If the items are small enough they will ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS
- Freight Curbside – Flat Rate $49 – Items that must ship via freight, will be delivered to curbside
- Freight Threshold – Flate Rate $99 – Items that must ship via freight, will be delivered to inside door (ground level)
- Freight White Glove – Flat Rate $149 – Items that must ship via freight, will be delivered to your room of choice, unpackaged, and packaging material taken by delivery company.

We process credit cards through Helcim, we do not retain your credit card info. We keep our site up to date with security measures and a security certificate is always in effect to protect the privacy and data of our customers..
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. After we have confirmed your order with our vendor(s), we will email you an update with a lead time. We take communication with our customers very serious, and believe that communicating throughout the order and delivery process benefits our customers by keeping them in the loop.
We never like to hear that an order has arrived damaged, but it does happen on occasion. We have chosen our vendors and our freight partners specifically because they are known for providing a great product to customers with few damage claims. If you receive an item that you can see visual damage to, you should refuse receipt of that item. If you have received an item that did not show damage to the packaging, but is damaged once you have unpacked it, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim for damage with our vendor or freight company. We have a limited window to file a concealed damage claim, so we will need you to contact us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged item. Once we have placed the claim, a replacement item will be sent to you.
We want you to be happy with what you have ordered. Some of our vendors will take returns and some will not. Please contact us if you have received something that you are unhappy with, and we can see what we can do to take care of you.
